If your neighbour is still looking for a dolls pranm, I have a cream Oberon with a new raspberry hood and apron (Susan at Clovergem). Desperately need the space so it's available for £75. Chrome, etc, all good. Cream interior, It's been in the cupboard under the stairs for a couple of years so probably needs a quick polish but the hood and apron have never even been on the pram.
