I am trying to restore this Pedigree pram for my first grandchild. The braking mechanism is broken.  There appears to be some or one part missing.  I believe it is called a non-tipping device. A bar comes down at the back of the carriage to stabilize it. there are two pedals at the front to push. One appears to control the non=tipping bar.  The other pedal is not attached at present. It hangs down useless but appears to have been attached to a midpoint underneath.  I suspect that there are springs missing.. There also seems to be a disc type brake that presses on the smaller tires but it is rigid and I can't figure out how it is supposed to work. I have close up pictures of the mechanism if anyone can help me. I would appreciate it.  Thanks
